Training Institue
In 2019 the Al Romaizan Group founded the Al Romaizan Training Institute. A facility dedicated to providing its employees with the technical skills and traditional craftsmanship training needed for the continued production of quality gold jewelry. As a licensed academy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the training institute acts as both a regional institute to support the longevity and marketing of the gold industry and as a means of investing in the continued education of our valued employees. We believe that skills training not only increases productivity but provides the confidence and knowledge needed to boost employee morale; resulting in higher rates of employee satisfaction and one of the top long-term employee retention rates in the region.
Plant
Headquartered in the DMCC, the Al Romaizan plant is a state of the art, fully autonomous production facility with dozens of qualified employees dedicated to maintaining our standards of quality and excellence. Through a series of 4 stages, our skilled technicians ensure that even the most complex of ideas are brought to life with class and style.
